Order Confirmation: Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Upon receiving your order, we immediately contact our suppliers warehouse to verify the availability of the item for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail. However, if your item(s) are in stock and ready for shipment within 2 - 5 business days, we will process the charges and proceed with shipping your order.
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we have successfully charged your credit card, it will be shipped within 2 -5 business days from the date of your order. Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you the tracking information to the e-mail address provided during checkout. In case you do not receive tracking information within 4 to 6 business days, please feel free to reach out to us at help@altcomforts.com.
Damages: When your item(s) arrive, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it while signing for the delivery. If the item(s) do arrive damaged, kindly send photos of the damage to help@altcomforts.com, and we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf or work with you to send you a replacement.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, regardless of whether the order has been shipped or not. If your order has already been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used during the order placement process.
