• Do the Platinum Electric heaters come with a controller? No, the controllers can be purchased as an additional accessory.

• Can I install the Platinum Electric heater myself? No, the heater must be installed by a licensed technician.

• What is radiant heat? Radiant heat works like the sun. Instead of heating the air around you, it heats people and objects. This makes radiant heat more effective as an outdoor heating source, as it is less likely to be affected by the wind.

• Can the Platinum Electric Heater get wet? Although our Platinum Electric heaters are made from premium 304 stainless steel and engineered for longevity, Bromic recommends that they are best mounted under cover and not directly exposed to rain, snow and salt mist to ensure they maintain their aesthetic appeal.

• What mounting options are available? The heaters can be either wall mounted, pole mounted or recessed into the ceiling. Each heater is supplied with an 8" stainless steel pole. Recessing kits and longer poles for high ceilings can be ordered separately.
